JTC has awarded the tender for the industrial site at Tuas South Link 2 (Plot 8) to Aik Leong Plumbing Construction at the tendered sum of $3.2 million.
The site was sold for the highest bid among five bids submitted at the close of the
tender earlier in August. It was launched for sale in June under the first half of 2016 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme.
The 5,953.3 sq m site, zoned for business 2 developments, come with a lease tenure of 20 years and a gross plot ratio (GPR) of 1.4. Based on the GPR, the tender price translates to S$385.14 per sq m.
