JTC Corporation announced on Friday (6 October) that it has awarded the tender for an industrial site at Tuas South Link 2 (Plot 10) to Zhao Yang Geotechnic after the latter submitted the highest bid of about $2.76 million.
Offered on a 20-year leasehold tenure, the 4,802 sq m land parcel is zoned Business 2. It has a gross plot ratio of 1.4 and the development to be built there must be completed within 60 months.
JTC launched the site for sale on 30 June and the tender closed on 25 August, with a total of three bids received.
