The tender for an industrial site at Jalan Lam Huat (Plot A) in Sungei Kadut has been awarded to JC Development, after the company submitted the highest bid of $6.16 million, revealed JTC on Thursday (14 September).
Launched for sale on 30 May, the site attracted a total of five bids at the close of its tender on 25 July.
Zoned for Business 2 use, the 8,000.5 sq m (86,117 sq ft) site has a gross plot ratio of 2.5 and a lease tenure of 20 years.
