The tender for an industrial site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 17) has been awarded to contractor Goh Sin Guan Huat, after it submitted the highest bid of approximately $2.35 million, revealed JTC on Wednesday (5 April).
JTC noted that the 52,465.5 sq ft site has a gross plot ratio of 1.4 and is zoned for Business 2 development. Offered on a 20-year lease, the future development is expected to be completed within 60 months.
The tender for the industrial site, which was launched in December last year and closed in February, received a total of three bids.
