JTC on Friday (30 June) launched a confirmed list site at Tuas South Link 2 (Plot 10) as well as a reserve List site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 21).
The sites are the last of the six confirmed list sites and five reserve list sites under the first half 2017 IGLS Programme.
The confirmed list site at Tuas South Link 2 (Plot 10) has an area of 0.48 ha, while the reserve list site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 21) measures 0.79 ha.
Zoned for Business 2 development, both sites have a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4 and a 20-year tenure.
“The launch of the sites is part of the government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial development,” said JTC.
It revealed that the tender for the confirmed list site will close on 25 August.
The reserve list site, on the other hand, will be put up for sale once a bidder commits to a minimum bid that is acceptable to the government or if more than one unrelated party submits a minimum bid that are close to the site’s reserve price within a reasonable period.
