A ground floor food and beverage (F&B) unit at Bukit Timah Plaza has been launched for sale via an expression of interest exercise, with a price tag of $13 million, reported Singapore Business Review citing JLL.
With an area of 4,930 sq ft, the ground floor unit enjoys high traffic as it is located near major tenants such as NTUC Finest supermarket and DBS Treasures. Aside from Bukit Timah estate’s reputation as an established private housing estate, the area is surrounded by banking halls, family-oriented shops and enrichment centres.
“This is a rare opportunity for both investors and owner-occupiers to own a ground floor F&B unit within a high-traffic shopping mall located in the mature and affluent Bukit Timah estate,” said JLL associate director Clemence Lee.
“Units on the ground floor in the mall are usually tightly-held and seldom made available for sale due to them enjoying high visibility and human traffic.”
The expression of interest exercise for the F&B unit closes on 28 November.
