Regus has opened a new location in Vision Exchange, making it the biggest flexible workspace provider in Singapore with a total office space of 385,000 sq ft.
Spanning almost 25,000 sq ft, the new location covers the entire 24th floor of the 25-storey integrated office development in Jurong East, and will offer over 100 private and drop-in office spaces.
Regus revealed that it had already leased 20 percent of the new location to several major tenants looking to relocate to Jurong or expand within the new Central Business District. It has also attracted interest from potential tenants across sectors related to innovation, maritime services, infrastructure development and financial services.
“Regus has operated in Singapore for almost 20 years and we’ve witnessed the shift in the workplace culture towards collaboration and increasing productivity and innovation among workers,” said Regus Singapore country manager Betül Genc.
“The demand for flexible working options e.g. pay-as-you-go offices, virtual offices and drop-in business lounges has fuelled Regus expansion in the market as more Singapore businesses recognise the financial and strategic advantages of a flexible workspace strategy – cutting real estate costs, allowing companies to concentrate on their core business and securing the best talent.”
Regus’ new workspace at Vision Exchange will add to its existing network of 30 locations in Singapore’s prime business districts, including Robinson Road, Raffles Place, Paya Lebar, Collyer Quay, City Hall, One Fullerton and Orchard Road.
