Far East Organization and its subsidiary Far East Hospitality plan to open three hotels with a total of 839 rooms at Artillery Avenue in Sentosa’s Palawan area by mid-2019, reported Singapore Business Review.
The biggest is the 606-unit Village Hotel that will cater to the mid-tier market, allowing tourists and guests to “eat, play, and explore like a local”.
“Village Hotel at Sentosa will be an ideal location for business meetings, networking events, as well as company retreats, with team-bonding activities such as cooking and fitness classes available,” said Far East Hospitality, adding that the property is an expansion of the already-established Village brand.
The second largest property is The Outpost Hotel with 193-keys that targets millennials and young couples. With its elegant colonial black and white suites, this property is the perfect venue for weddings, proposals and engagement parties.
Finally, The Barracks Hotel (pictured) is an exclusive getaway with only 40 rooms located in a conserved colonial building.
“The Barracks brand’s key target markets are Australia, China, Germany, India, Japan, Russia, United Kingdom, and the United States,” noted Far East Hospitality.
