The tender for a 4,702.6 sq m industrial site at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 10) has been awarded to Blu World Pte Ltd, which offered the highest bid of $3.2 million, announced industrial landlord JTC.
Zoned for Business 2 use, the 20-year leasehold site has a gross plot ratio of 1.4 and a project completion period of 60 months.
“The tender for the site was launched on 30 May 2018 and closed on 25 July 2018, with two bids submitted,” noted JTC.
