It comes with a 20-year lease tenure and a maximum building height of 63.5 m above mean sea level.
An industrial site along Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 19) will be put up tender, after an unnamed bidder committed to pay a minimum price of $2 million, revealed industrial landlord JTC.
“As the minimum price committed by the applicant is acceptable to the government, the site will be released for sale by public tender,” it said.
Made available for application on the reserve list system of the first half 2019 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme, the 0.45ha site is zoned for Business-2 use, with a permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4.
It comes with a 20-year lease tenure and a maximum building height of 63.5 m above mean sea level.
The tender for the site will start on 25 June with a six-week tender period.
Meanwhile, JTC also revealed that the tender for the industrial site at Tampines North Drive 3 (Plot 2) will not be awarded.
Launched on 26 February, the tender for the site closed on 23 April with one bid received. However, the bid was not accepted “as the price offered was below the reserve price”.
