A two-storey shophouse at Lorong Mambong has been put up for sale via expression of interest (EOI) for $13.5 million, revealed exclusive marketing agent Knight Frank.
Situated within the Holland Village enclave, the freehold shophouse comprises two strata units with a total floor area of 1,841 sq ft, in addition to a 420 sq ft outdoor seating area.
It is zoned ‘Commercial’ under the 2019 Master Plan, with the upper floor used as a beauty salon and the ground floor as a café.
Knight Frank said foreigners are eligible to acquire the property with no Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty and Seller’s Stamp Duty payable, due to its current zoning.
It noted that the property is near several prominent buildings including Holland Village Market & Food Centre, Holland Road Shopping Centre, the refurbished Holland Piazza Shopping Mall and the upcoming mixed-use development, One Holland Village. The Holland Village MRT station is also close by.

Knight Frank said available shophouse for sale within Holland Village are uncommon since most owners tend to hold them for long term investment.
It added that the last sale transacted within the area was in March last year, when a two-storey at 257 Holland Avenue was sold for $15.2 million.
The EOI exercise for the Lorong Mambong shophouse closes on 4 February.
