Malaysia’s KSK Land Sdn Bhd (KSK Land) has partnered Singapore Realtors Inc. (SRI) in launching ‘YOO8 serviced by Kempinski’, the branded residence component of 8 Conlay, in Singapore this weekend.

A maiden luxury development by KSK Land, 8 Conlay is a mixed-use development project strategically situated at the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle. The project comprises two branded residence towers – 57- and 62-storeys, respectively – that will be connected by two sky bridges and complemented by a 68-storey five-star Kempinski hotel and serviced suites as well as a luxury retail quarter.

The service component for both branded residence towers and hotel tower will be managed by Kempinski Hotels, Europe’s oldest luxury hospitality group.

Targeted at young professionals and high net-worth individuals, each branded residence unit at ‘YOO8 serviced by Kempinski’ will be fully-fitted with furnishings and interior decorations by world renowned interior designer, Steve Leung & YOO.

KSK Land managing director Joanne Kua revealed that more than 70 percent of the units at Tower A of YOO8 serviced by Kempinski were booked prior to its launch in 2015.

In fact, the selling price of units rose by almost 20 percent from around S$870 (RM2,700) per sq ft to S$1032 (RM3,200) per sq ft within two years.

“Today’s discerning buyers look beyond location, they demand quality design, construction and building management, as well as world class service. They are aware that such valueadded properties are recession proof and offer better capital appreciation,” she said.

Tower A of YOO8 serviced by Kempinski will be showcased to Singaporean buyers from 14 to 15 October at The St. Regis Hotel Singapore.
