JTC awards tender for Tuas South Link 3 site

The tender for an industrial site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 25) has been awarded to G.T.H. Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd, after the firm submitted the highest bid of S$2.511 million, revealed JTC in a release.

Zoned for Business 2 use, the 4,699.1 sq m site has a gross plot ratio of 1.4 and a 20-year lease tenure. It was launched for tender on 25 July and closed on 19 September, with a total of five bids received.

JTC noted that the development to be built on the site must be completed within 60 months.
