Industrial landlord JTC has launched two reserve list sites at Woodlands Height and Woodlands Industrial Park E7/E8 and two confirmed list sites at Tampines North Drive 3 (Plot 2) and Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 27) under the second half 2017 IGLS Programme.
This is the fourth and fifth out of six reserve list sites and sixth and seventh out of eight confirmed list sited for the second half of 2017.
Zoned for Business-1 development, the 1.61ha site at Woodlands Height has a maximum gross plot ratio of 2.5 and a 30-year lease tenure. The 0.88ha site at Woodlands Industrial Park E7/E8, on the other hand, is zoned for Business-2 development with a maximum gross plot ratio of 2.5 and a 20-year tenure.
The 0.60ha site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 27) and 0.48ha site at Tampines North Drive 3 (Plot 2) have a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4 and 2.5 respectively. Both sites are zoned for Business-2 development with a 20-year lease tenure.
“The launch of the sites is part of the government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial development,” said JTC.
Tender for the sites will close on 23 January 2018.
