The Raffles Place/New Downtown area has the highest concentration of flexible workspaces within the central business district (CBD), hosting 41 percent of flexible workspace footprint in the area, reported Singapore Business Review citing Colliers International.
The Tanjong Pagar micro-market houses 29 percent of flexible workspaces in the CBD, while City Hall hosts 18 percent.
Some square footage of flexible workspaces can also be found at Orchard Road and Beach Road at eight percent and three percent respectively.
“Looking ahead, we anticipate the growth rate in Orchard Road and Beach Road to be slightly higher than the rest of the CBD, as operators ramp up their presence there from a relatively lower base,” noted Colliers International.
