One of the sites at Kaki Bukit Road is the last of seven reserve list sites under the 1H 2019 IGLS Programme.
A 0.45ha site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 19) has been triggered for tender after it received a minimum bid of not less than $2 million, while a 2.02ha site at Kaki Bukit Road 5 (Plot 4) is available for application under the 1H 2019 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme, announced JTC on Tuesday (25 June).
Intended for Business 2 use, the land parcel in Tuas has a leasehold tenure of 20 years and a gross plot ratio of 1.4. Tender for the site, which was made available for application on 7 June, closes on 6 August.
Meanwhile, the 30-year leasehold site at Kaki Bukit Road is zoned for Business 2 use with a gross plot ratio of 2.5.
It is the last of seven reserve list sites under the 1H 2019 IGLS Programme.
JTC noted that applications may be submitted to them for the reserve list site at Kaki Bukit Road.
“Under the reserve list system, a land parcel will only be released for sale if it receives an offer of a minimum price that is acceptable to the government,” it said.
