To be built within the Duxton Hill neighbourhood, Mondrian Singapore will feature 300 guestrooms and suites, combining historic architecture from the city-state’s centuries-old shophouses with modern, contemporary influences.
Hospitality group Accor has revealed plans to open the first Mondrian hotel in Singapore by early 2023, reported Singapore Business Review (SBR).
The move follows the planned venture of Accor with hospitality developer Ennismore, which would see the creation of one of the world’s biggest and fastest-growing lifestyle and entertainment operators that is set to include Mondrian hotels.

Craig Road Property Holdings is developing the luxury hotel.
“Mondrian Singapore will provide guests an opportunity to stay in the heart of Duxton Hill, a vibrant heritage conservation area surrounded by Michelin-starred eateries, award winning bars, and iconic retail stores—all within walking distance to the Central Business District,” said Sun You Ning, Director at Craig Road Property, as quoted by SBR.
