The tender for the industrial site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 14) has been awarded to Wee Hur Construction Pte Ltd at a tendered price of $2.68 million, announced JTC on Wednesday (13 December).
Offered on a 20-year lease tenure, the 5,736.4 sq m site is zoned for Business 2 use, with a gross plot ratio of 1.4. The site’s tender was launched on 29 August and closed on 24 October, with a total of three bids received.
The development to be built on the site should be completed within 60 months.
Separately, JTC revealed that the tender for the industrial site at Woodlands Industrial Park E2/E5 will not be awarded.
This comes as the highest bid received for the site “was not accepted due to non-compliance with the stipulated tender conditions, while the second bid was not accepted as the price offered was too low”.
Launched for sale on 26 September, the tender for the site closed on 21 November, with two bids submitted.
